- 6U Girls & Boys: 4:15 pm - 4:45 pm
- 7/8 Girls & Boys: 4:45 pm - 5:15 pm
- 9/10 Girls & Boys: 5:30 pm - 6:15 pm
- 11/12 Girls & Boys: 6:15 pm - 7:15 pm
- 13/14 & 15-17 Girls & Boys: 7:15 pm - 8:45 pm
Morning Practices: June 1 - June 26
- 11/12 Girls & Boys: 7:15 am - 8:30 am
- 13 & Over Girls & Boys: 8:30 am - 10:00 am
- 6 & Under Girls & Boys: 10:00 am - 10:30 am
- 7/8 Girls & Boys: 10:30 am - 11:15 am
- 9/10 Girls & Boys: 11:15 am - 12:15 pm

- Practices are Monday - Friday. (Meets are on Saturday.)
- Practice will be in the evening for April and May.
- Starting Monday (June 1st) after the LISD school year ends, practices will be in the morning.
- No practice days
- Memorial Day - May 25th
Swimmers need to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.
